Omar A. Abuzir is a Partner at the Law Firm of Khalaf, Abuzir & Mitchell (KAM). His work in that capacity covers all aspects of immigration law, with a particular concentration on litigation in Federal District Court and matters that come before the Executive Office of Immigration Review. He holds a J.D. from Chicago-Kent College of Law, Illinois Institute of Technology and a B.S. in Political Science from the University of Illinois at Chicago.

Mr. Abuzir has represented clients in or facing deportation and/or removal proceedings due to a wide variety of circumstances. Mr. Abuzir has also represented hundreds of clients seeking some form of immigrant or non-immigrant status or relief from the United States Citizenship and Immigration Service, including as a result of marriage, as a family relation, in seeking citizenship and in trying to gain the right to hold employment in the United States.
